Thus far, Washington has enjoyed a pretty pleasant October, which appears to be drawing to a close this weekend. According to KOMO-TV weather forecasts, storm season is kicking off this weekend with some major blustery weather rolling in on Sunday.
Well, we enjoyed the crisp sunny days while we had them! Sounds like this weekend will be enjoyed mostly indoors at our place, which is just fine with me ~ I never turn down an excuse to hole up inside with a hot cup of tea and a good book. Though this weekend, I think I will be starting on some Christmas gift projects...time to pull out the knitting needles and the sewing machine and see what kind of trouble I can get into!
